Cancellation Policy

At Ujjain Tour Advisor, we understand that plans may change due to personal or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation of any tour, travel, darshan, accommodation, transportation or other service booking will be subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the selected service and the policies of the respective service providers. Refunds, wherever applicable, will depend on the time of cancellation and any charges already incurred with hotels, transportation providers, ticketing authorities, puja service providers or other third-party vendors. Certain confirmed or prepaid services may be non-refundable. Customers are requested to contact us as early as possible for any cancellation request.

For products purchased through our website, including puja products, religious items, God idols, God sceneries and other devotional products, an order may be cancelled only before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customized, personalized or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation or return. Products that are damaged after delivery, broken, mishandled or damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer will not be eligible for return, replacement or refund. Customers are advised to check the product carefully upon delivery and contact us promptly if they receive an incorrect or defective item.

Any approved refund will generally be processed through the original payment method, and the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the respective bank, payment gateway or financial institution. Applicable cancellation charges, processing fees, payment gateway charges and non-refundable third-party expenses may be deducted from the refund amount. In case of a no-show, late cancellation, government restrictions, temple closure, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the refund will be determined based on the actual recoverable amount from the concerned service providers. By making a booking or purchasing a product through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
